Calling rules, checked
before every dial.

Campaign settings

Ring timeouts and retry timing.

Each campaign sets how long a call rings, how often a lead is tried and when it leaves the campaign.

Campaign settings · Lead lifecycle

Ring timeout

  • 20sec
  • 30sec
  • 45sec

How long each call rings before Clairvo moves on, set per campaign.

Retry preset

  • Gentle
  • Double-tap
  • Aggressive

A preset sets back-to-back attempts, rest time and max dials together. Start from one and adjust any setting.

Back-to-back attempts

  • 1
  • 2
  • 3

Try a lead 1, 2 or 3 times in a row before it rests.

Cooldown between rounds

Rest a lead for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, or set a custom cooldown from 1 to 48 hours. A contact in its rest time is skipped until it ends.

Lead expiry

Max dials per lead
Stops retrying once a lead reaches its total
Max lead age
Retires a lead that has been in the campaign too long

SummaryDial once, then wait 3 hours. Repeat until the lead hits 3 total dials or ages past 7 days.

Parallel answers. On two or three lines, the first live answer reaches your rep and extra answers go to an available rep on the campaign. If none is free, an extra answer can count as an abandoned call. Compare dialing modes

STOP becomes Do Not Call

With auto opt-out on in texting settings, a contact who texts STOP or asks to leave your list is marked Do Not Call, and nobody on your team calls or texts them again. Reps and workflows can set that outcome too.

Questions

Know what the checks cover.

Straight answers on lists, consent and parallel calls. Bring your calling process to the demo and discuss the settings your team needs.

Where does the DNC list come from?

Your team imports the do-not-call list it maintains. Clairvo checks at import and before dialing. Automatic synchronization with a national registry is not an advertised capability.

Is Clairvo TCPA compliant?

Clairvo gives your team configurable calling controls; your team sets the policy and stays responsible for consent. No software makes a business TCPA compliant on its own. Clairvo checks imported do-not-call lists before dialing, blocks expired consent and keeps calls to your calling hours. This is not legal advice.

What rules apply to parallel dialing?

Telemarketing rules can apply to calls in Clairvo’s parallel mode too, including rules on consent, do-not-call lists and calling hours. For telemarketing calls, the FCC limits abandoned calls in each campaign over 30 days, under the conditions in 47 CFR 64.1200(a)(7). Clairvo offers an extra answer to another available rep; if no rep is free, that call can still count as abandoned. Check how these rules apply to your team’s calls. This is not legal advice.
